He has created a digital web based Last Planner System, which fully integrates planning and control between off site manufacturing and onsite construction project teams to promote collaboration and on time project delivery.
With over 25 years’ experience, including Technical Director, and Lean Consultant at Crystal Lean Solutions, Christy has trained over 3,000 people in the practical implementation of the Last Planner® System and has mentored project teams for projects ranging in size from multi million to 5 billion euro, within Ireland, UK, and Europe. A diverse range of projects have been supported including Data centres, Cleanroom, Pharma, Fit Out and Housing Clients.
Christy has co-authored 2 research papers on the Last Planner System. His diploma in change management and master’s in business provide customers with the optimisation of performance of the construction supply chain.

Richard is Director for Programme Management and Project Controls with the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board and a member of the NPHDB Executive with responsibility for delivering the New Children’s Hospital.
He has over 30 years’ programme and project management experience having managed the delivery of major capital infrastructure programmes both in the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining the NPHDB Richard held a senior position with Dublin City Council, was Project Director for the construction of the University of Ulster’s new campus in Belfast and Managing Partner for a professional services consultancy practice in Ireland.
Richard is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a Member of the Association for Project Management.
Richard is also Chair of Lean Construction Ireland (LCi), a community of learning and practice that advocates for the transformation of the Irish construction sector through collaboration and the adoption of Lean thinking and practices by the entire sector.

He designed and lives in the first Certified Passive House in the English-speaking world and his firm are currently engaged in over 3 million square feet of Passive House projects across the world, including a 600-unit scheme for the LDA in Shanganagh Castle, Dun Laoghaire. Recently, Tomás has been getting more involved with MMC projects, including a 90 minute Certified Passive House assembly in Northern Ireland which is the topic of his presentation.
